Mats Bohman

Mats Bohman has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Mats is currently a Senior Advisor and Founder of Murphy Solution, where they also host a podcast. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a Founding Partner at Practise, a company that they co-founded and managed with two colleagues. In this role, they handled multiple business areas and eventually took over Practise Risk and Practise Tech. Before that, they worked as a Superintendent and Head of Training at Polismyndigheten from 2011 to 2014. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant at Ledarskapscentrum, specializing in leadership and group development. Additionally, they had various roles at the Swedish Police, Counter Terrorist Unit, including Inspector, Team Leader, Head of Team Development, and Operator, from 2003 to 2012. Mats also worked as a Training Advisor at the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010.

Mats Bohman attended Linnaeus University from 2012 to 2013, where they focused on studying "Det direkta ledarskapet" (The direct leadership). Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they went to Sophiahemmet University where they studied "Ledarskapets fem utmaningar" (The five challenges of leadership).
