Róisín McManus is currently pursuing a Master's in Journalism at Dublin City University for 2024/25, following an Honours BA in Journalism with French and English from the University of Galway, which they completed in 2020. Róisín was a John Schofield Trust Fellow in 2023 and represented Ireland at the British Council’s ‘Future News Worldwide’ conference in 2019. Their professional experience includes roles as a freelance journalist with Campus.ie and SpunOut.ie, as well as a Member Services Officer at Ballyconnell Credit Union. Additionally, Róisín served as a Student Ambassador and Mentor at the University of Galway from 2019 to 2020.
