Stuart Mendelson began their career in 1969 as Principal at Interstate Restaurants of Md. & Va. In 1973, they joined Murry's Inc. as S.V.P., where they were in charge of all Food Service sales to 3000 customers with 35 saleman and managers. stuart also started a new National Sales Division, with 50 Food Brokerage firms, selling supermarkets and nation retail chains across the country with a full line of frozen breakfast and specialty items. In the same year, they joined New York, New York Inc. as New York, New York A Gaithering Place.

Stuart Mendelson attended Mont. Blair High School from 1961 to 1965. stuart then attended University of Baltimore from 1965 to 1966, studying Business Education/Marketing.
