Ezra S. Field

Ezra S. Field is a Senior Advisor of Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with over $10 billion in capital under management. He currently serves as a Director of Roark portfolio companies CKE Restaurants and Pet Retail Brands, and is a former Director of Roark portfolio companies Atkins Nutritionals, CyberCore Technologies, Driven Brands, International Car Wash Group, Jim 'n Nick's Bar-B-Q, Massage Envy, Miller's Ale House, Naf Naf Grill and Peachtree Business Products. He is also a Director of Business Executives for National Security, and is a former Trustee of the Asian University for Women Support Foundation, Global Kids, and the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women. From 2007 - 2020, Mr. Field served in various roles at Roark Capital, including as a Managing Director, Senior Managing Director, Co-CIO and CIO. Prior to joining Roark, Mr. Field was a Managing Director at New York-based ACI Capital, where he played a lead role in all aspects of the firm’s investing activities. Mr. Field received a B.A. (Honors) from Wesleyan University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
