Jess Cashin

Jess Cashin has extensive experience in content development and training, currently serving as a Content Development Specialist at Mursion since October 2021, where responsibilities include creating training scenarios for challenging conversations. Previously, Cashin held the role of Level 4 Simulation Specialist, conducting real-time simulations to develop soft skills in managers and providing coaching on navigating complex workplace dialogues. Additional experience includes working as a Tour Guide at Sidewalk Food Tours, an Instructor at ImprovBoston, and various roles at Audley Travel and WorldStrides, where Cashin managed travel programs and ensured customer satisfaction. Cashin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The Catholic University of America and studied abroad in Granada, Spain.
