Lorren Cotton

Lorren Cotton is an experienced professional in talent operations and client collaboration, currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations at Mursion since November 2019. In this role, Lorren has successfully led the design of custom learner development opportunities across multiple industries and trained Simulation Specialists to ensure authentic learning experiences. With a background as an actor, writer, and sketch developer, Lorren has developed a diverse skill set focused on creating substantive and entertaining works. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role in Operations at Ideal Living Management, where Lorren managed logistics and account relationships worth over $20 million annually, and various positions in client solutions and retail. Lorren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
