Murtza Records™ uses the “For Artists By Artists Methodology” to offer a range of music management and consulting services from the sympathetic point of view of a team of successful independent artists.

We are artists, and we are here for artists.

Unlike traditional record labels Murtza Records™ has a unique deal structure for onboarding new artists through a consulting agreement rather than a percentage based system. This ensures that our artists keep ownership of their art and compensation is done through a monthly consulting payment rather than the constricting and binding deal structures of traditional record labels

Murtza Records™ clients receive top-quality, industry-tested business knowledge necessary for successful launch, growth, and disruption for artists to succeed in the music industry, in return for a monthly consulting payment. Every single one of our consultants is an artist who has “been there and done that,” achieving massive personal success in the music industry, and possessing unique and authentic industry expertise.
