Greg Ratner is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Slack since July 2022. In addition, Ratner holds advisory roles at Skylark, Muru Inc, Wine & Spirits Magazine, and MyWellbeing, and co-founded Troops in June 2015, where a focus on AI-powered workflow automation for Sales and Customer Success teams is emphasized.
