Jay Primarolo

Jay Primarolo is an experienced fitness professional and entrepreneur, serving as the Owner of JVF Health LLC since February 2021, where science-based training programs and coaching are provided to athletes and individuals worldwide. As the Owner and Trainer at BioFit Personal Training since January 2017, Jay specializes in safe, progressive exercise instruction and nutritional consulting for clients of all ages. Additionally, Jay has worked as a Professional Fitness Model with BMG Models and Talent since May 2014, featuring in advertisements for prominent brands such as MuscleTech and Under Armour. As a Brand Ambassador for Muscletech since May 2015, Jay promotes health and fitness products while advocating for an active lifestyle.
