Muscleworks Gym was founded in 1988 by Savvas Hadjikyriacou, a man with a vision to create the best bodybuilding gym in London with an unparalleled training environment for bodybuilders. Inspired by bodybuilding films since childhood, Savvas also known as Sav, began serious training at 21 to achieve many notable championship wins. His dedication to his craft and expert coaching of many champions has created and maintained a legendary hub for elite bodybuilders who take their training seriously.

Over the years Muscleworks has moved sites 3 times due to the scale of its popularity, recently expanding it last site to double the size, now covering around 20,000sqft of pure bodybuilding and opening its first Muscleworks store.
