Alison Wright

Alison Wright, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Musco Lighting since October 2022. Prior to this role, Alison held several positions in human resources, including School Business Official and Director of Human Resources at Martensdale-St Marys Community School District from January 2021 to October 2022, and Human Resources Director at Norwalk Community School District from October 2016 to January 2021. In these positions, Alison provided strategic vision and leadership in human resource functions while focusing on diversity and equal opportunity initiatives. Alison's early career includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Health Market Manager at Hy-Vee, Inc. from April 2013 to October 2016. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Drake University, supplemented by studies at Richmond, The American International University in London in 2009.
