Simon Harding-Roots

Simon Harding-Roots is the Regional Managing Director of Muse Places, leading their urban regeneration initiatives in southern UK, including London. With over 30 years of experience in the international real estate sector, Simon has a strong track record in sourcing, masterplanning, and managing large-scale property investments. Previously, they held significant roles at various prominent organizations, including The Crown Estate, Grosvenor Group, and Imperial College London, where they oversaw extensive portfolios and directed major projects. Simon is also an Independent Governor of City, University of London and serves as a Board Trustee for the Black Stork Charity. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Hull and a Master of Science in Property Development and Management from the University of East London.
