Peter Thum has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and social causes. Peter is currently the CEO and co-founder of Muse, a company that offers a no-code platform using AI to redefine web utilization. Prior to Muse, Peter was the founder and CEO of Liberty United, where they turned illegal firearms into jewelry and art, raising awareness and funding programs to protect children from gun violence. Peter also co-founded Fonderie 47, which transformed illegal weapons into luxury jewelry and funded the elimination of over 70,000 assault rifles. Peter is an experienced public speaker and has given keynote speeches on entrepreneurship and social enterprise. Peter founded Ethos Water, a social purpose venture that raised over $20 million to address the global water crisis. Peter also held positions at Starbucks, where they advised on the Ethos Water brand, and McKinsey & Company as a consultant. Peter started their career at Gallo Wine Company and Siemens AG.

Peter Thum attended Claremont McKenna College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Government. Peter then pursued further education and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1997 to 1999, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
