Carrie Jiao

Carrie Jiao has extensive work experience in managing offshore development centers (ODCs) in China. Carrie began their career in 2006 at Baynote as the Manager of China ODC. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, negotiating with clients, gathering requirements, and designing solutions. Carrie worked at Baynote until September 2011. In 2012, Carrie co-founded Trusper, Inc and served as the China ODC General Manager. Carrie Jiao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Beijing Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. Carrie later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management, from Renmin University of China, from 2019 to 2021.
