Heather Dubina, MSM, SHRM-CP, is the VP of Customer Support at Musely and a seasoned people and culture leader with extensive experience in client success. Previously, they held key positions including Vice President of Customer Success at Thrive Earlier Detection and Strata Oncology, as well as Vice President of Client Services at Foundation Medicine. Additionally, they have contributed to numerous organizations in strategic advisory roles and training capacities. Heather is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a B.S. in Graphic Design & Visual Communications, while also holding a Master of Science in Management.
