We are Museum Master Planners. That's all we do.

Museum Insights’ transformative museum master planning process results in master plans that are grounded in the museum’s collections and stories and fully address the interests, needs, and desires of the museum’s most important constituents. The resulting master plans include detailed recommendations that may inform changes to the museum's operations and business model. Master plans may also result in new buildings or the significant transformation of existing buildings.

Museum Insights’ planning services are focused on finding simple, elegant solutions for the most complex museum planning problems. We understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to apply the lessons we have learned from one museum to another.

Services include: Comprehensive Master Plans, Conceptual Master Plans, Operating and Business Plans, Benchmarking Studies, Pre-design Architectural Planning, and Project Management.
