Alison Heney, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the museum and education sectors. Alison currently serves as Vice President of Learning and Public Programs at MOLAA and 2023 Program Co-Chair at MuseWeb. With a background in Comparative Literature and Museology, Alison has held roles such as Project Manager at Museum Operations and Director Of Education at LONG BEACH MUSEUM OF ART. Alison has also been a lecturer at UC Berkeley Extension, Empire State University, and Binghamton University. As Assistant Director and Founding Curator of Xipe Projects, Alison curated Latin American Art exhibitions. Alison's dedication to education is evident through their various community engagement programs and workshops.
