Lucy O'Connor is an experienced Food Safety and Quality Manager at Musgrave, overseeing food safety across more than 1000 retail sites internationally. Since joining the company in 2001, Lucy has held various roles, including Retail Food Safety Co-ordinator and Food Safety & Quality Development Co-ordinator, where responsibilities included developing and implementing food safety management systems and strategies.
