Sean Stack

Sean Stack has extensive experience in IT project and programme management, currently serving as Programme Manager and Head of PMO at Musgrave Group since June 2006. In this role, Sean oversees large-scale finance transformations and has held various leadership positions including Technical Delivery Manager and Contract Negotiation and Delivery Manager. Key achievements include successfully managing projects with substantial manpower requirements and a focus on team leadership, budget management, and operational readiness. Prior to Musgrave, Sean held roles at ACS as Infrastructure Team Lead and at Accenture as Technical Project Manager and consultant. Sean holds an ICF Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills and a Business Information Systems degree from University College Cork.
