Mushroom Direct is a Queens-based urban farm redefining how fresh mushrooms are grown and delivered in modern cities. Blending advanced controlled-environment agriculture with emerging AI and robotics, we cultivate functional and culinary mushrooms with unparalleled consistency, sustainability, and flavor.
Our precision farms power New York’s culinary scene — from top restaurants to private chefs — with harvest-fresh mushrooms delivered on demand. But behind the scenes, we’re building something even bigger: a next-generation automation ecosystem for urban agriculture.
Through innovations like AI-trained humanoid farm operators, robotic harvesting systems, and our proprietary Tracer Client technology that maps, predicts, and optimizes every stage of growth, we’re transforming mushroom farming into a smart, resilient, low-waste, fully trackable process.
Whether you’re a Michelin-starred restaurant, a private chef crafting intimate experiences, or an investor looking at the future of urban food systems, Mushroom Direct is pioneering the model for sustainable, automated agriculture in dense cities.
