Launched in 2010 as MusicDish*China, MusicDish独立小炒 is a creative and music agency based in Beijing, focused on promoting Chinese independent music in all its forms and broader youth culture. Since producing its first tour during the Shanghai World Expo 2010, we've developed and toured a growing roster of international artists, including award-winning acts Sugar Blue, Tom "The Suit" Forst and Sturle Dagsland. We've also produced events in North America and Europe for some of the biggest names in Chinese music such as Mayday, Jolin Tsai and Second Hand Rose. MusicDish独立小炒 has organized countless events across China from livehouse & club shows to small festivals, talks to hosting corporate delegations, live stream showcases to exhibitions. More recently, we've established 新出锅Fresh Out The Pot, a music collective with over 100 emerging Chinese bands across the country.
