Terry Schmidt

Terry Schmidt is currently the Vice President of Engineering at EARTHRES, a division of RESPEC, where they focus on corporate strategy, project management, and mineral reserve certification. With over 35 years of experience in management, engineering, and environmental permitting, Terry has a strong background in strategic planning and organization optimization. They have previously served as President of Musser Engineering, Inc. and held the position of Vice President at Skelly and Loy, Inc., where they led civil and mining engineering groups. Additionally, Terry has been an owner and mine operator at W Schmidt Coal Company. Terry is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mining Engineering at Penn State University.
