James Brook is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group General Counsel at Helly Hansen since December 2017 and as General Counsel and Corporate Operations Director at MUSTO since January 2016. Previously, James held the position of Senior Counsel - International Operating Group at BAE Systems from December 2009 to December 2015, and served as Counsel - Saudi Arabia. James began the legal career at Eversheds Sutherland as a Corporate Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor from March 2006 to November 2009. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law (2003-2004), a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law (2002-2003), and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester (1999-2002).
