Musubi is the AI-powered Trust & Safety solution for social apps, marketplaces, and online communities. We protect over 150 million users on platforms like Bluesky and Grindr by combining proactive policy enforcement with adaptive moderation automation, lowering costs and eliminating moderator backlogs.

Founded by social app veterans, we've felt the pain first-hand.

Bad actors are increasingly using the latest AI agents to attack social platforms, and Musubi provides a novel AI defense to increase moderation quality and speed while reducing costs.

🔹 PolicyAI: Go beyond simple classifiers. Use fully steerable, policy-aligned LLMs to enforce your custom, nuanced rules across all media types (text, image, video) in over 100 languages. Get transparent decisions with a full testing sandbox and the flexibility and customization you need for your platform's unique policies.

🔹 AiMod: Automate 70-90% of your moderation queues. AiMod learns from your best human moderators, creating an adaptive system that understands holistic user behavior, not just content. The result is a platform that makes decisions 500x faster with 10x fewer mistakes. We protect against even the most determined bad actors using AI agents to attack platforms at massive scale.

🔹 Musubi Coop: orchestrates signals (from our other solutions or from any other signals you want to include), routes results, sets decision workflows, escalates where needed, and provides workflows for human review.
