The content I write for my blog is usually intended to support personal growth. I am fascinated by human behaviours, actions and patterns.

I seek to empower others by sharing the lessons that I have learned.

Drawing on a twenty-year-long corporate career during which I developed skills and expertise in a dizzying amount of areas and disciplines.

I know from personal experience how devastating the ramifications can be of not cultivating the skill that enables the creation of space between stimulus and response.

In 2019 I experienced what is commonly known as 'Burnout' and I became crippled with anxiety, painfully depressed and the only thing I could feel was the absence of hope.

I've been on a journey, of that I am certain.
