Jocelyn Auger

Jocelyn Auger is a highly experienced legal executive with a robust career spanning over two decades in the legal field. Currently serving as a Partner at Fasken since July 2021 and as the Honorary Consul of Sweden in Montreal since February 2020, Jocelyn has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at MUTEK and NetGovern. Previous roles include Partner and Consulting Lawyer at BCF Avocats d'affaires, Vice President, Legal & General Counsel at Enerkem Inc, and an Associate at Stein Monast. With an LL.M. from the European Academy of Legal Theory and an LL.B. from Université de Sherbrooke, Jocelyn specializes in assisting tech and growth companies with financing, M&A, intellectual property, and governance matters, leveraging extensive knowledge of technical subjects to bridge the gap between science and business.
