Latha B has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. latha began their career in 2005 as a Recruiter at SQA LABS. latha then moved to a Resource Manager role at a Confidential company in the same year. In 2007, they joined Advent Global Solutions as a Business Development Manager. In 2013, they began working at Wizard Technology Solutions as a Manager of Resource Development and Bench Sales. In 2014, they moved to Apps Fusion Inc as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Sales. Finally, in 2015 they joined Mutex Systems as a Bench Sales Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as recruiting, marketing, sales, and identifying and screening candidates for client requirements.

Latha B completed their Masters in Computer Applications from JNTU in 2006, having studied Computer Software Engineering from 2003-2006.
