Kelly Young

Kelly Young is the current Chief of Staff at Mutiny. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2019 to December 2021. There, they completed rotations in general practice, the Private Equity Group (PEG), and the Bain Innovation Exchange (BIE). From January 2019 to March 2019, Kelly also worked as a Proprietary Research Intern at Light Street Capital, transcribing and summarizing call notes from industry experts for the investment teams. In June 2018, Kelly worked as a Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon where they completed private equity due diligence in the education technology and construction space. Finally, from January 2016 to December 2018, Kelly worked as a Social Media Insights Analyst at McKinsey & Company, analyzing and summarizing customer sentiment data for McKinsey CPG clients.

Kelly Young has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Technology from the same school.

They are on a team with Ryan Narod - Head of Marketing, Kevin Yien - Head of Product & Design, and Stewart Hillhouse - Head of Content. Kelly Young reports to Jaleh Rezaei, CEO & Co-Founder.
