Nikhil Mathew

Nikhil Mathew is the CTO and co-founder of Mutiny. Nikhil was previously a software engineering lead at Gusto (formerly ZenPayroll), where they managed and led the development of the build infrastructure. Nikhil also worked on the benefits team, developing a data-driven approach to recommending health insurance plans to small businesses and finding the right fit for employees. Nikhil also re-architected the frontend system, shifting it over to a modern JS stack using Webpack and React. Nikhil was an integral part of the payroll state expansion, creating the foundation of how they supported new states for payroll. Prior to that, they were a software engineering intern at Tapestry, SessionM, and Abroad101. Nikhil is also a co-founder of LiveGit.

Nikhil Mathew graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Nikhil Mathew reports to Jaleh Rezaei, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Ryan Narod - Head of Marketing, Kevin Yien - Head of Product & Design, and Kelly Young - Chief of Staff.
