Augusto Peña has a background in business operations, process engineering, and indirect tax analysis. Augusto worked as a Business Operations Specialist at MUTT DATA, where they assisted the Head of Ops with decision-making and presentations, ensured timely reporting of relevant information from Project Leads, and optimized existing processes. Prior to that, Augusto worked as a Process Engineer at DHL Supply Chain, where they analyzed and proposed improvements in operating processes, conducted studies on methods and times to enhance operational productivity, and designed logistics solutions. Augusto also gained experience as an Indirect Tax Analyst at EY, where they utilized advanced English skills, managed and coordinated projects, handled international tax compliance tasks, and conducted data analytics and visualization using tools like Power Bi, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Augusto Peña's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Colegio Aleman Eduardo L. Holmberg (Deutsche Schule Quilmes) and obtained their Bachiller en Ciencias Naturales. Augusto studied at that school until 2014. Afterwards, in 2015, they enrolled at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Ingeniería industrial.
