David Gautsche is the President and CEO of Goodville Mutual Insurance Group, where they leverage extensive management and leadership experience in multi-line insurance, financial services, and regional manufacturing. With a strong background that includes roles as President at Praxis Mutual Funds and as General Manager at Dutch Mills Cabinetry, David is dedicated to integrating faith with professional skills to expand customer bases and meet member needs. David has also served on various boards, including Goshen College and the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, showcasing a commitment to community and industry leadership. They hold an MBA in Finance from Indiana University South Bend.
