Dave Wilson

Dave Wilson has over two decades of experience in technical and customer support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Support Operations at Mutualink since May 2016, Wilson has previously held positions such as Principal Customer Support Engineer and Customer Support Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Product Support Engineer/DevOps at Verizon, and several management positions at Radisys Corporation, Pactolus Communications Software, and Subscriber Solutions. Wilson's early career featured a significant tenure as Director of the Information Technology Division at Rhodes University, where academic foundations were established with a B.Sc. Hons in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, both from Rhodes University.
