Jesús Serrano

Jesús Serrano has worked in the software development industry since 2005. From 2005-2010, they worked as a Windows Device Driver Developer for Softtek (EMC Contractor). In 2010, they began working for IBM as a DS8K Software Developer. In this role, they debugged and fixed ProtecTIER Customer and QA defects, developed scripts to install/upgrade the ProtecTIER code, and developed tools for performance and de-duplication analysis. Jesús also held the role of ProtecTIER L3 Support, in which they provided performance/de-duplication complex analysis to customers, setup and supported mid/high range storage advance solutions, and participated in IBM Critical Situation and strategic customer calls. In 2021, Jesús Serrano began working for MuukTest as a Software Developer.

Jesús Serrano completed a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University Autónoma de Baja California between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including an IBM Virtual Collaborator in July 2020, an AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in December 2018, an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in December 2018, a Programming Cloud Services for Android Handheld Systems: Spring from Coursera Verified Certificates in July 2015, a Programming Mobile Services for Android Handheld Systems: Communication from Coursera Verified Certificates in June 2015, a Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems: Part 2 from Coursera Verified Certificates in April 2015, a Programming Mobile Services for Android Handheld Systems: Concurrency from Coursera Verified Certificates in April 2015, a Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems: Part 1 from Coursera Verified Certificates in February 2015, and an LPIC-1 from the Linux Professional Institute in January 2013.
