Michael Delaney

Michael Delaney is an experienced manager with a strong background in retail and hospitality, currently serving as General Manager at MÜV since February 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Store Manager and MedTender Lead, as well as Hospitality/Visual Manager at MedMen. Michael's experience encompasses managing schedules, payroll, and excellent customer service while training and supervising staff effectively. Earlier work includes managerial positions at Angies Subs and Tommy Bahama, where Michael managed employee teams, oversaw ordering and event coordination, and maintained strong advertising efforts. Michael began a career at Nike as a Footwear Specialist, focusing on customer service and sales techniques. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
