Ben Chuba

Ben Chuba is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in customer engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Self-Service Customer Engineer at Mux since June 2025, Ben previously held the position of Senior Customer Engineer at Instabase from May 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, Ben worked at VIA Information Tools from October 2013 to May 2022, where roles included L3, which encompassed software and SQL development, project and team management, and customer support, equivalent to a Senior Software Engineer. Ben’s career began at Tokai Rubber as a Test Engineer from May 2012 to July 2013. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, graduating in 2016.
