Phil Cluff

Phil Cluff has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Phil has worked in various roles and companies, displaying their expertise and growth.

Starting from 2008, Phil worked as a Student Placement Engineer at IBM for a year. In 2010, they joined the BBC as a Principal Software Engineer and stayed with them until 2014.

Following their time at the BBC, Phil joined Brightcove in 2014 as the Director of Media Technologies Engineering. Phil progressively grew within the company, leading to their role as the Senior Director of Media Technologies Engineering in 2017. Later in 2018, they briefly served as the VP Engineering, Media Technologies before leaving Brightcove.

In the same year, Phil joined Mux as a Streaming Architect, where they worked until 2021. Phil then advanced to become a Staff Product Manager, handling strategic product management for the company from 2021 to 2022. Later, they became the Product Manager Team Lead until 2023. Currently, Phil holds the position of Group Product Manager, Mux Video at Mux.
