As a full-service residential property management company, MV Properties manages single family homes, condos, and apartments. We handle every aspect of managing, marketing, and filling vacancies and are your tenant’s point of contact. Our property management operation is proven to increase our client’s net operating income (NOI) through shorter vacancy times, efficient operations, and better customer service. Our average vacancy is less than 7 days--equating to a 98.3% occupancy across our entire portfolio. Because we are real estate investors, owners, and developers, we take the same approach with our client’s properties as we do our own. MV Properties is part of the only integrated real estate consortium in San Diego County that builds better investors through all aspects of real estate. MV Properties, McNamara Ventures, and Folio Real Estate Group have the combined power to guide and create wealth opportunities—with an audacious goal of 10,000 doors opened in San Diego County by 2032.

One of the key values of MV Properties and its founder and principal Keegan McNamara is always to give back to the community. Currently, he focuses on improving education opportunities and reducing recidivism. He is the incoming Chairman of the Board of Directors of Barrio Logan College Institute, an after-school tutoring and mentorship program that has sent 100% of its kids to college over the organization’s 25-year history. And he serves on the Board of Rise Up Industries, which provides job training to formerly incarcerated gang members.
