Carol Watson is the Executive Director at MVLE, Inc., where they have been serving since 2024. Previously, they held leadership roles as the Senior Vice President of Programs at Easter Seals Serving DC | MD | VA from 2016 to 2024, and at the National Environmental Education Foundation from 2013 to 2016. They also directed community investment programs at Share Our Strength | No Kid Hungry from 2005 to 2010 and managed K-12 social entrepreneurship initiatives at UNCF between 2010 and 2013. As a Founding Member of Chief, they actively contribute to a network aimed at empowering women leaders. Carol is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Howard University and a Master of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh.
