Levin Wense has a diverse range of work experience. Levin is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of MVP Match, where they focus on empowering German Mittelstand and Enterprise digitization and innovation. Levin engages, assesses, and builds teams with talent from a community of top Engineers, Designers, PMs, and AI/Data experts.
Previously, Levin worked at MVP Factory as the Head of Talent Operations / Internal Product Lead, where they managed talent operations and also served as a Product Manager. MVP Factory specializes in reinventing software development and enables companies to build and scale top technology products.
Levin also has experience as the Country Manager of Germany at Redi, an early-stage London-based startup providing mobile order-ahead solutions for restaurants. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst at Becquerel Capital LLP, a Private Equity Fund for Renewable Energy Investments, where they assisted in structuring financing for solar energy projects in Mexico.
Levin's other roles include being a Business Analyst at Reederei Nord Group, where they conducted market data analysis for executive use, and working in Business Development at GoButler GmbH (now Angel.ai), where they helped analyze new business opportunities and streamline operational processes.
In previous positions, Levin served as the Campus Captain for StudyDrive, where they engaged in sales, marketing events, and user recruitment, and as an Ambassador for Tyba, a company that reimagines junior talent recruitment. Levin also gained experience as an intern at Agrar Team Deike, where they coordinated logistics during the grain harvest, and as an Assistant to the CEO at Familienbetriebe Land und Forst, where they provided support in various tasks.
Through their work experience, Levin has developed a strong skill set in business development, operations management, talent management, and project finance.
Levin Wense completed their education in a progressive manner. Levin first attended Ernestinum Celle from 2002 to 2007, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. From 2007 to 2010, they studied at Stiftung Louisenlund and obtained an Abitur, focusing on main courses such as Geography, Mathematics, English, and German. Continuing their educational journey, Levin enrolled at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2011 to 2014, where they attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration (IBA). Levin further pursued their studies at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2014 to 2016, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management of Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment. In 2016, Levin participated in a Master Exchange Program at IPADE Business School. Levin completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) during this short period.
