Kelsy E. Allison

Attorney at MVP Law

Kelsy Allison has been practicing law for over five years. She has been with MVP her entire career. Her practice is focused on representing the interests of employers and carriers in various workers’ compensation matters in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. She has successfully argued cases before the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Ms. Allison often speaks on meditation and attorney wellness.

Before joining MVP, Ms. Allison received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Drury University. While attending Drury University, Ms. Allison was a member of the Women’s soccer team and served as the team captain for three years. Ms. Allison subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2013. In 2013, Ms. Allison was awarded the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for her work in the Washburn Law Clinic representing indigent clients in various civil matters.

Ms. Allison is the President of the Wyandotte County Bar Association. She also serves on the Drury University Regional Alumni Council. Ms. Allison is an avid Sporting KC fan. She enjoys playing soccer, golf, and listening to podcasts.
