John Willman

John Willman is an experienced fleet and operations manager with a robust background in transportation and logistics. Currently serving as Fleet Manager at Mesilla Valley Transportation since July 2022, Willman previously held the role of Operations Manager at Boyd Bros. Transportation, Inc., where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar contracts and maintaining customer relationships. Willman’s career in the U.S. Army spanned from 2008 to 2015, with progressive roles that included Dispatcher, Senior Transportation Supervisor, and Motor Transport Supervisor, achieving significant results in driver management and operational efficiency. Willman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham, obtained in 2019.
