Andy Harsh

Andy Harsh is a seasoned professional in sales and market management with extensive experience across various roles in the distribution and electronics industries. Currently serving as the Market Manager for Distribution at MW Components since August 2023, Andy previously held the position of Distribution Sales Manager at Mueller Electric from September 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Andy was a Field Sales Account Manager and Product Manager at Schuster Electronics, overseeing a customer base in northern Ohio and eastern Michigan while managing partnerships with over 40 suppliers. Andy's career also includes significant roles at Newark element14 as a Senior Account Manager and Inside Sales Account Specialist, as well as outside and inside sales positions at BDI. Andy completed a capstone project on value stream mapping at Navistar Inc. and fostered mentorship skills as an Assistant Running Backs Student Coach at Washington & Jefferson College. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cedarville University.
