John Cruz

John Cruz possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at MW Components since January 2022, John focuses on manufacturing footprint optimization. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager of Cold Coiling/Wireforming Operations and Director of Global Supply Chain at Flint Group. John is also the Founder and Managing Director of Heptagon Innovations & Industrial Contractors, a position held since January 2021. Earlier positions include Supply Chain Manager at Corning Incorporated and Henkel AG & Co KGaA. John earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and attended Northern Illinois University.
