Madan Mathevan

Madan Mathevan possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as President at MW Fasteners, a division of MW Components, since October 2019, where responsibilities include multi-site leadership and full P&L oversight. Previous roles include Vice President & General Manager for Cold Heading Center of Excellence and General Manager at Sussex Wire, Inc., with a focus on pioneering collaborative design and manufacturing for miniature metal components. Earlier experience includes senior engineering positions at Southco, Inc. and Danaher Tool Group, specializing in innovative design solutions and product development in various industries, including automotive and aerospace. Madan holds an MBA in Finance from Temple University, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
