Michael Rilling is an experienced operations and production leader with a career spanning over two decades in various management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at MW Components since December 2023, Michael previously held positions as Vice President of Operations at SpecSys Inc. and Great Northern Cabinetry, as well as Plant Manager at Great Northern Cabinetry. Prior roles include Production Manager at Pack Air Inc. and Director of Production at Keenline Conveyor Systems, where responsibilities encompassed plant management.
