Rick Eitel

Rick Eitel serves as the President at MW Components since December 2021, previously holding the position of Vice President - General Manager. Prior to this role, Rick Eitel was the General Manager and later the President/CEO at Duer Carolina Coil from March 2018 to September 2024. Rick Eitel holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completed between 1994 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where studies were undertaken from 1985 to 1989.
