Ryan Harper

Ryan Harper is the General Manager at MW Components, where they lead multi-million-dollar manufacturing operations. With extensive experience in manufacturing supervision, project management, and Lean principles, Ryan previously held roles at Bradley Corporation, including Plant Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager. They have successfully coordinated operations across large facilities, increased efficiency through continuous improvement strategies, and managed substantial budgets. Ryan is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a minor in Business Administration at Ohio University.
