Fred Pearson

Fred Pearson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and medical device sectors. Currently, Fred serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introduction at MW Life Sciences since May 2021, while also holding the position of Sustaining Engineering Manager at MW Industries. With over a decade of experience as a Senior Sustaining Engineer at Bridgemedica and previous roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at NeedleTech Products LLC and Tech Transfer Engineer at stdmed, Fred has a strong background in process development, product validation, and manufacturing optimization. Notable achievements include the development and implementation of cellular manufacturing, lean manufacturing programs, and cleanroom packaging lines. Fred holds an Associate's degree in Engineering from the Community College of Rhode Island.
