Tim Glover

Tim Glover is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Logistics and Procurement at MW Logistics since December 2025. Previously, Tim held various leadership positions at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from October 2015 to September 2025, including Director of Procurement and Operational Excellence for the Road US division, where multimillion-dollar contract negotiations and vendor performance improvements resulted in cost reductions while maintaining service reliability. Tim also managed operations as General Manager of the Central Region, overseeing 85 employees and a $101M budget, and initiated significant efficiency improvements and cost savings. Earlier roles at UTi Worldwide and J.B. Hunt Transport Services included managing key customer accounts and transportation operations, further solidifying Tim's expertise in logistics and procurement. Tim Glover holds an M.B.A. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bellevue University and is a Certified Transportation Broker.
