Ed Cornew

Ed Cornew is a co-founder and president of MWAMBA, a junior gold mining company in Tanzania that focuses on sustainable development for small-scale gold mining communities and is a member of the UNEP's Global Mercury Partnership. Additionally, Cornew serves as an advisor for the planetGOLD program, enhancing practices in artisanal and small-scale mining across 23 countries. Experience includes a role as an associate at Boston Consulting Group, coordinating financial modeling and developing strategies for equity firms in various industries. As a co-founder of Lone Pine Repairs, a successful technology repair service, and host at the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth, Cornew has a strong entrepreneurial background. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College and ongoing studies in the Design Discovery Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
